I went in for a consultation about full nasal implant removal. My nose had been operated on with silicone + ear cartilage + donated rib cartilage, and so far it hadn't had any major complications. They answered my questions in detail, but it didn't seem like the kind of style where they give definite answers. If I asked about complications after removal, like columella curling inward or saddle nose, they said you can't know until you open it up, but they explained one by one how they would handle it if those situations happened, so rather than being overconfident, it actually made me trust them more. They said it wouldn't return completely to my original nose, and it felt like they were prioritizing safety. It was a pretty ordinary consultation, so I still haven't made a final decision.
