I went because the doctor seemed to have good reviews, but... they tended to give answers that were off from the focus of my questions. They didn't seem like the type who communicates well. They wrote down everything I said... but even so, I didn't really trust them. But the consultation manager was completely careless, like they didn't care whether I did it or not. I wondered how they could treat customers with that kind of attitude, and how a hospital famous for nose surgery could put someone like that in charge. The surgeon's skill matters, but a hospital also has a certain atmosphere, right?? I didn't trust it, so I passed for now.
