I heard that double-chin surgery also reduces the salivary glands, so I went ahead without much deliberation. The doctor has a very calm style and explains things well. They kept asking during the consultation whether I understood, and on the day of surgery they told me not to worry and that they would take good care of me, which put me at ease. In my case, there was no pain, and the swelling went down relatively quickly, so I hardly found the immediate postoperative period difficult. I returned to daily life quickly and could open my mouth well. My double chin disappeared, my salivary glands became smaller, and I am satisfied with the result lol. However, perhaps because the clinic was busy, the staff seemed somewhat distracted even though they tried to be kind. Personally, I think they may need to hire more people.
