The hospital I visited after going to three places because my double chin was so severe that it caused me a lot of stress. The director was fairly honest in the consultation. After using ultrasound and feeling my chin, they said that losing fat alone would not be enough and that removing the inner fat and tightening the double-chin muscles together would be needed to define the line. Since my salivary glands had descended and made the area look bulging, they also recommended salivary-gland reduction.. They did not give me false hope by saying that double-chin liposuction alone would solve it. I liked that they clearly focused on what could actually produce results, without making me feel pressured into unnecessary treatments. The hospital also has a dedicated care center, so the aftercare felt more systematic than at other hospitals. There was no atmosphere of pressuring me to pay that day, so I was comfortable during the consultation and left. I do regret spending money on injections and lifting lasers, but at least I learned exactly what caused my double chin..!
