I’m so happy that my complex about my wide nostrils is gone after nostril-reduction surgery. I only wonder why I didn’t do it sooner. I’m extremely satisfied. I had an external incision, and I didn’t have the non-incisional reduction that ties the muscles inside with sutures. I disliked having something inside my face, and when I previously tried non-incisional nostril reduction during rhinoplasty, the sensation from around the nose to the philtrum kept feeling strange. So this time I requested an external incision and asked them to remove those sutures too, and now the sensation is normal. They said they wouldn’t rummage around looking for the sutures if they weren’t visible, so I don’t know exactly what happened, but the sensation returned and the pulling pain disappeared, which makes me very happy! The external incision inevitably left a scar, but it can be covered with makeup, and no one notices if I don’t mention it. People around me say I look prettier but they can’t tell what I did, and I’ve even been told my facial-feature proportions look very ideal, which makes me happy haha. Anyway, I absolutely don’t regret it, and the director is very artistic...? Their aesthetic sense is excellent haha. They sutured it so it would heal with as little scarring as possible.
