I went for a consultation after being recommended, and compared with other clinics it was the longest consultation. First, they listened to my overall concerns, and they first figured out how much I wanted it reduced. They told me with a ruler about my current philtrum length, the ideal philtrum length, and the long philtrum length that requires surgery, and explained in detail how much it should be shortened to suit my face. They also designed how it would look after reduction, and since it looked much better than I expected, I asked to make it even shorter. But they said philtrum length has to be adjusted according to facial proportions, and if it were shortened any more it would look unnatural, so this length was appropriate. That made me trust them more than a place that just says yes to everything. The cost also seemed the most reasonable for now, the director seems professional, and the other reviews were good too, so it is my top choice so far. The manager told me to come consult comfortably and contact them once I’ve decided, so I had a consultation without any pressure.
