I had already experienced nostril reduction once at a famous hospital, but one nostril was asymmetrical and one side of the alar cartilage was sagging, so I went in for a consultation about re-correction. The director listened carefully to what parts were bothering me and picked up on it well. Since it was a revision surgery, I thought the cost was also reasonable.
