I visited after making an appointment for a first rhinoplasty consultation. The wait wasn't very long, and there were fewer people than I expected. Since I wanted surgery without implants, they recommended autologous costal cartilage. They answered everything I asked. The manager was kind, and there was no pressure to reserve on the same day. They told me to look around other places too and contact them later.
