The doctor was extremely unfriendly, and the way they seemed eager to wrap up the consultation made me lose even my desire to have surgery. Overall, the place felt like a factory system, the hospital was cramped and stuffy, and I wondered whether I would really be able to get proper care after surgery. The consultation manager was very kind, but everything else was so poor that I couldn't make a decision to go ahead with surgery.
