At first, I couldn't talk to the director during the consultation and only spoke with the consultation manager, but the manager was kind and looked into various things in detail, and they gave me the natural line that suited my eyes. The director is skilled, so even after 5 years it hasn't come undone (buried double eyelid) and it's still holding up well.
