It felt like the consultation time was extremely short. They were kind, but the consultation with the director and the manager was over in just fifteen minutes. It felt like, “If you want that, do this and this.”... It also felt like they had only one trick, grinding up donated rib cartilage, but since they have a lot of experience with that, it should be fine if that’s what you want.
