I have a little bit of everything: a hump nose, a bulbous nose, and an arrow nose. I also have an external bend and internal septal deviation, and enlarged inferior turbinates. The nasal valve problem is only slight, so it doesn't really need to be addressed. I wanted a surgery without implants, but they strongly recommended custom silicone. + The septal cartilage seems insufficient, and they did not recommend autologous costal cartilage or ear cartilage; they said if the septal cartilage is insufficient, they use donated rib cartilage.
