It was my first surgery, and they recommended that I had to use costal cartilage because it was too crooked, so I was recommended autologous costal cartilage. The doctor, and not just the manager, explained everything in great detail, and it seemed like they had a fair amount of expertise. I didn't think it was expensive, but I guess I'll have to look around other places too and think about it..
