The director felt very professional, and was a bit blunt and plain-spoken, but didn’t make the consultation time feel constrained. The consultant looked flustered, and the price was a little high. There are a lot of bad posts in the reviews, so I’m worried. When I went for the tests, the people in the testing room felt like they were just going through the motions. They weren’t kind and didn’t even greet people properly.
