I’m writing the review now for a consultation I went to last year. First of all, the hospital facilities felt pretty run-down compared to other hospitals. Anyway, here the manager gives a very long and detailed explanation first, and she talks a lot. They say the no-incision alar reduction method is a technique patented only by this hospital, and that if you don’t do it this way the shape looks unnatural, but I’ve seen before-and-after photos of standard alar reduction at other hospitals that also look natural, so.. that part was a bit questionable.. The doctor’s explanation was long too. He said that more important than getting a good result is not ruining it, and that he can guarantee it won’t be ruined, and I did like that he was aiming for naturalness, which matches what I want.. Anyway, compared with other hospitals, this one seems more specialized in alar reduction, so I’m leaning toward it, but the cost is too high.. Just for alar reduction, 2 to 3 million feels too expensive, so I couldn’t easily decide.
