Review

I went to get a consultation about 5 years ago. When I booked, they clearly said I could consult with the director, but when I actually arrived, they said that wasn't possible and I could only consult with the consultation manager. Then they even asked me to pay a consultation fee, so I was really taken aback... In the end, I paid the consultation fee and didn't get surgery.
