It was a revision surgery. They really set up my crooked nose, which had hurt me so much, straight and properly. I like the tip of my nose too. Before surgery, I said I wanted something natural, so I'm satisfied with the result too! It's been about a year and a half since the surgery, and I'm still satisfied.
