When I was consulting with the doctor, the manager stayed right beside us and listened to the consultation too. But when I was talking with the doctor, the manager would chime in beside him, and even nag me to hold the mirror straight, which made me cool off because of her tone and attitude ㅋㅋ... Her tone was polite, but there was some strange hostility? I don't know how else to explain it... If you have surgery, you'll end up communicating a lot with the manager, right? If I had surgery here, I felt like I'd be communicating with that manager all the time, asking about things I didn't know and making appointments, and I'd feel uneasy every time. And if, worst case, the doctor is human too and there are problems with the surgery or I'm somewhat dissatisfied, the attitude didn't seem like it would be favorable toward me? Also, the pressure to book on the same day is way too strong. They say you can only get the discounted price if you decide on the same day, and there is absolutely no flexibility, which I thought was really tacky here too. Anyway, before the consultation I thought the price was good, the surgical method was good, and that I should do it here, but after the consultation it was a minus for me ㅜㅜ
