At first, the wait was so long that I got bored and felt like I'd booked the consultation for nothing. But the coordinators were kind, the coordinator was nice too, and although the director looked tired, I could tell they were trying hard to explain things well. I recommend going for a consultation, but there are quite a few negative reviews.
