From the consultation coordinator to the director, they were all kind and never pressured me. When I told them about the face shape I wanted, they answered while reflecting my needs, and the fact that they explained things in a customized way for me, considering both function and aesthetics, was a big plus. Also, I had been very worried about contour surgery, but it seemed like their safety system was well established, so if I do get surgery, I don't think there will be a big concern.
