It fell short of what I expected. Where did the kindness from the consultation go? The doctor's consultation after surgery doesn't seem very sincere either, and the manager in charge didn't give enough explanation about post-op precautions and was just sloppy, so I had to gather information myself by searching the internet and YouTube..
