Review

I went for a consultation because of a nose surgery, and since it was my first surgery and first consultation, I was nervous, but they kindly helped me relax. They explained the surgery method and the nose's problems well, with a tone more like, 'Here’s what needs to be improved,' rather than, 'You have a problem here, so you’re ugly.' It’s the same message, but when you go around getting consultations, it can hurt your feelings.
