The doctor in charge was a bit formulaic and had a fake kind of kindness. Kind, but in a strangely unfriendly way. The shape isn’t bad, but there’s one spot that is sunken in, and I don’t like that part. But the consultation manager’s attitude changed before and after surgery, so I was taken aback. It wasn’t even a serious complaint; I just said something like, “It seems a little indented here,” and they immediately jumped to defending the hospital first, saying that’s just how it is there.. I was like, what? Later, because I wanted it removed, I went to a specialist removal clinic for a consultation, and even though I hadn’t said anything first, they immediately pointed out that the middle of my nose was sunken in. And yet.... they still said it’s normal? That question still remains. It doesn’t come out as pretty as the website reviews make it look.
