I went for a consultation with a friend and was worried because I had also heard they weren’t friendly, but maybe because it was a quiet time, both the manager and the director explained things kindly and at length. I liked the photos on the website and the review photos they showed at the clinic, and the director immediately pointed out the parts of my nose that I didn’t like, so I felt trust. So it was the place I liked the most out of all the consultations, but when I searched this community, there were too many bad reviews and people said it doesn’t turn out like the website photos, so I’m really torn
