I had it done here about 9 years ago. It was a short, low, wide, difficult nose, but they made it natural and well. They osteotomized the nasal width and used silicone plus septal cartilage for the columella and tip. The only major inconvenience is that the tip is hard because of the septal cartilage and I can't do the pig-nose trick.
