The hospital facilities weren't that great. The doctor explained the consultation in detail, and the staff inside were just so-so and average.. Since he's an otolaryngology specialist, I wasn't sure how well he knew about cosmetic matters, so I gave my surgery expectations only half credit. I think it's worth going in for a consultation once.
