My nasal bridge was high, but I had a severe hooked nose, and compared to other people, my alar base was very narrow. I lifted the drooping nose tip with septal cartilage and also had alar reduction. My nose was very asymmetrical, so it didn't become perfectly symmetrical, but both the alar reduction and the tip surgery have had no problems at all for the past two years, which is nice.
