I had my first nose surgery here about 6 or 7 years ago. I didn't shop around at all and, because a friend recommended it and said it was famous, I only consulted here and had the surgery. After a little over 3 years, the tip of my nose had completely dropped, and the person who recommended it also had revision surgery somewhere else, and I myself had revision surgery at another hospital 3 years ago. I regret not looking around before deciding on surgery, but when I went back to complain, I feel like I couldn't even say a proper word to the consultation manager. It feels so unfair and frustrating. I only kept hearing, we can't refund you, pay for the revision surgery, and I came out... There is a consultation manager you can't beat with words,, completely different from during the consultation.
