Hmm... it was my first nose surgery, and they said I had to use costal cartilage, so I was a little put off... Most first surgeries use either septal cartilage or ear cartilage, and from the start I didn’t want silicone because of the side effects... After the consultation, the price was a bit expensive too, and since they said costal cartilage was necessary, I dropped this hospital
