This was the second clinic I visited for nose surgery consultations. The consultation manager saw me first and recommended functional rhinoplasty, but I said I would pass for now. After the director came in, they checked the inside of my nose once, said I had rhinitis, and then immediately started consulting about the nose shape. The director said they prefer a natural line, and I also did not want a very obvious surgery, so that part matched well. They recommended surgery to make a nostril incision and lift the nostrils upward, and to use the septum to raise the tip of the nose and silicone for the bridge. After the consultation with the director ended, I talked again with the manager, who paid a lot of attention to the price and responded kindly, which I appreciated. The only disappointment was that they said they would use silicone of a certain thickness, but they did not show me, like with a photo edit, how much the nose would actually rise.
