They recommended two types of rhinitis treatment. They said I didn't need a separate nasal valve surgery. In that sense, it seemed like an honest place that doesn't over-treat. They recommended 4 mm silicone, and for the nasal tip they recommended septal cartilage. The doctor was kind, and the staff member who consulted with me was very kind too.
