There were so many people. It was hard to even make a reservation. The director didn't explain things very well, which was disappointing. Even when I asked questions, he answered carelessly. I felt like the ten-thousand-won consultation fee was wasted. There are several consultation rooms lined up, and the director visits each room one by one. So the wait is long. You can hear everything being said in the next room, and every consultation sounds the same. The manager was very good. She explained everything by herself that the director had failed to explain. If you claim actual medical expenses, it does seem much cheaper than other places, which is nice.
