I had the surgery 10 years ago and I'm currently going around for revision consultations. I revisited for a consultation too, and they said they would do the revision surgery if I covered a certain cost. Still, the reviews from other people are too similar to mine, and this time I want to be certain, so I'm looking into other hospitals. In my case, inflammation and rhinitis actually got better because of the surgery, but it feels like I've gone back to my original nose. It got smaller and the columella has risen. It looks like the nose was slightly crumpled without being noticeable? The CT results say the same. They were kind and made it really pretty without it looking obvious, but I don't think the results last very long.
