They recommended both cosmetic and functional surgery. Because my nose had a deviated septum, they recommended functional surgery (deviated septum, rhinitis surgery) together with cosmetic surgery (rhinoplasty without an implant), and I think each was around 2 million and 3 million won. They were very kind and answered my questions well.
