They explained how things would go by reflecting my face in a mirror with a cotton swab. They talked about lifting the alae, tying the nasal tip to the bony framework? correcting the hump, narrowing the bridge a bit, and so on. They recommended full-face fat grafting. I’m currently thinking about the fat grafting.
