I went in knowing absolutely nothing, but the director immediately caught the nose shape I wanted and explained everything during the consultation. They clearly pointed out what couldn’t be done, and especially the consultation manager was so kind that I left feeling good after the consultation. The hospital atmosphere was also neat and comfortable, which I liked.
