I was 5 minutes late for my appointment, but I think I waited about 10 minutes before the consultation. Before seeing the director, they took photos and asked if this was my first surgery, and I said yes. When I was waiting a bit after coming out, a staff member came over and asked again if it was my first surgery, and after I answered, I saw them go to another staff member and say, 'It's her first surgery,' which made me wonder why they kept asking. Even during the short consultation with the manager, I was asked if it was my first surgery, and I answered again, and the director also looked at my nose and asked if it was my first surgery, so I must have said it was my first surgery at least four times just here. The consultation with the director was very pleasant and good. They examined me by holding my nose with a cotton swab, and kindly explained the parts I didn't understand. They showed me similar cases to mine and said a surgery done in this way would probably be good. They told me to ask anything I was curious about, so it was a pleasant consultation.
