I had it done about 5 years ago. I had front canthoplasty and rear canthoplasty (revision because it stuck back together and I wasn't satisfied with the shape), and I wanted a shape that wasn't artificial and was natural, and it turned out well. I think the rear canthoplasty was opened as much as possible too. It's also holding up well. I remember the doctor and the staff were kind.
