I had a consultation for nose surgery with Director Lee Gyu-ho. I have a humped nose, and he explained everything from the surgical method to the aftercare really well, which left a strong impression. His kindness was also a big plus. These days, when a place is very kind, it's extremely kind, so if the staff's expressions or way of speaking are even a little careless, it doesn't feel pleasant and comes across as rude. That wasn't the case here.
