I first met the manager, and the manager didn't say much. Then I consulted with the director. The manager sat in during the director's consultation, and even asked the director questions while looking at my mom. The manager also seemed very interested in the patient's condition, which reassured me. The fact that the prices are fixed also meant it didn't feel like I had to bargain, and I liked that they didn't do event pricing based on reviews. That said, they suggested doing canthopexy, which no other place had mentioned, so I am wondering if the surgical scope would become too extensive. Still, it does seem like they are taking care of things in advance to prevent complications. Most of all, near the end of the consultation they told me to go around as much as possible and get surgery at the place I trust most, so I don't think they are the type to butter up customers just to secure one. However, the director mostly explained surgical complications, and the surgical method itself wasn't described in much detail. Also, the parking lot entrance and exit are the same and it's narrow, so I'm worried about hitting someone when leaving, And you have to come up the stairs from the parking lot to the first floor.
