Other places do the surgery through the conjunctiva, but here it's an external fixation method, so I honestly had a lot of doubts about whether I should have the surgery. They clearly explained why fat grafting should not be done when doing under-eye fat repositioning, and also clearly explained the parts that might not improve even after this surgery, so I thought they were conscientious. I still haven't found anywhere else that does it with external fixation, so it feels a bit burdensome to have surgery here.
