I liked that the director recommended only what was necessary. But the facility seemed a bit old, and there were a lot of desk staff. I was glad they didn't charge a consultation fee, and I was just about to have surgery there when I saw realistic reviews on this community and changed my mind. I almost would have been in big trouble without this community..
