Right now, the main reason the ratings are high is because the consultation was kind. That's why I chose the clinic too. If you're really thinking seriously about surgery, please read this carefully. 4 or 5 years ago, at the end of high school, I had double eyelid surgery and an epicanthoplasty. Because the consultation was so gentle, I went there cluelessly holding my mom's hand and made the decision easily. There was a friend from the same school who had the same procedure at the same place around the same time. In the end, we both had to undergo revision because the epicanthoplasty was overdone. My friend had the inner corners opened even more than I did, and they had it restored again at the hospital through revision. After hearing that, I asked if restoration was possible for me too, and he said he'd never done a restoration before but if I wanted, he'd learn and try... (despite clearly having restored my friend's eyes from the same school) I remember that he also lied. I remember how flustered he looked when I said that... The line itself was long and drawn out because of the epicanthoplasty, and it looked flashy. And on one side the director was doing it while on the other side someone else was doing the opposite side at the same time. Thinking about it now, haha, was that maybe even proxy surgery? Is eye surgery normally done like that? A staff member, maybe a nurse, did the opposite side at the same time, and I remember the result being strange too. It wasn't general anesthesia but local anesthesia, so I remember it well. Back then I was a teenager and didn't have the nerve to ask questions, so I thought I should just leave it to the expert... and kept quiet, but the moment I looked in the mirror after the surgery... it was obvious right away that the corners had been over-opened. During the surgery, they kept talking to me, so my face moved a bit, and it seems the cuts went in too deep then... If that was the cause, then I guess some of the fault is mine too. Anyway, to me this is such a... bitter clinic. When I got to college, some friends just thought it was pretty because my eyes were big and flashy, but for me, every time I looked in the mirror, the overdone inner corner surgery was such a stress. My eyes looked really scary.
