The consultation manager and the doctor were both kind. They seem to be good at shaping the line, and they explained a lot about the surgery itself. However, they seemed a little busy.... Maybe because they have a lot of experience, the consultation didn’t feel rushed, but it did feel like it just passed by in a flash. I like the price. There was no pressure to do additional surgery or to book right away.
