This was the first place where the doctor's consultation was this detailed. It felt like 20 minutes. They really tried to understand the patient's needs, and explained the limitations and the improvement direction they personally thought best. But the consultant was so bad. It felt like, do it or don't do it, whatever.. They didn't explain properly, and didn't even seem to understand the surgical method. They just knew the price and said that usually if you do it this way there's a discount, but even that only gets mentioned if the patient asks first..;
