Their professionalism and procedure satisfaction are lacking, but the reason I still use their events from time to time is because of how kind they are. They’re good for hair removal or simple Botox treatments. It’s always crowded whenever I go, and waiting at least 30 minutes is standard, but I always felt good while waiting because I wondered how they were trained to be so kind. If they were just a little better at procedures, they’d be perfect..
