Overall, the staff are kind. It's a factory-style place where you wash your own face before treatment, but other than the long waiting time there aren't any major downsides. They do a lot of events, so satisfaction is high when you visit at certain times or go for event treatments. The biggest advantage is the low price, and there are many types of procedures and lasers too.
