I looked into philtrum surgery and picked three famous places, including Mano, as my criteria. I was debating whether to do just philtrum reduction or both philtrum reduction and the dimple procedure, so I thought I'd go to all three and decide. Excluding Mano, at one of the other two places they said they'd give me a lower price if I let them take before-and-after photos, but near the end of the consultation they said they wanted more than 50 photos;; At the other place, the consultation with the director was okay and the consultation with the manager was okay too, but the price was way too harsh... At Mano, the consultation with the manager was longer than the consultation with the director, but during the director's consultation they showed me review photos and said I probably only needed the dimple procedure without the reduction, so there was no extra add-on, which made my decision easier. I thought if I'm going to do it anyway, it'd be better to go somewhere that doesn't over-treat and doesn't leave me feeling uneasy. Since there is only one chief director, I wasn't worried about proxy surgery, and there were many reviews saying the aftercare is excellent, so I went ahead with confidence. Like the reviews said, the aftercare really does seem to be meticulous.
