From the consultation to the surgery and aftercare, there was never a time when the doctor wasn’t involved, so maybe that’s why I felt even better about it. My philtrum was in a seriously long state, so I wanted it shortened, and I proceeded with an inner reduction. It seems to have turned out pretty satisfactorily. There didn’t seem to be many reviews about philtrum surgery, so I had a hard time finding information, but I heard that many places at general plastic surgery clinics don’t do it. I had only ever had double-eyelid surgery before, so I’m really glad my first philtrum surgery went well.. The doctor’s skill seems good enough, and I don’t have any side effects right now, like not being able to close my lips properly or looking unnatural when smiling. If I keep going for follow-ups and applying ointment well, I think I’ll heal quickly.
