I visited because this clinic is well known for philtrum and otoplasty, and I trusted them. I really liked the consultation and the after photos, so I decided on surgery right away. In the end, I was satisfied with the result, and I was grateful that they also paid close attention to aftercare. Not all of the staff were kind, but isn’t that the case everywhere? Still, there was also a nurse who sincerely reassured and looked after me. If you line up your appointment properly, you can move right through without waiting, and since there is only one director, it seems like they remember each patient individually.. I liked that aftercare felt like it was handled for me automatically.
